Teleworker connectivity

Hi Everyone,

Brand new to the forum, just starting to get my hands dirty with the 3300, teleworker, etc.

We have deployed one 5020 IP phone as a teleworker set so far. While it seems to work fine most of the time, it did cut out 3 times during an Executive Team teleconference (I can do without that, I can assure you...)and in checking the logs I see it's "in and out" a fair bit:

Nothing else is using the connection inbound to our location but I'm suspicious of the internet connection at the remote office. Before I launch off in that direction, does anyone see anything in these log entries that might suggest some other issue?

On the TW server there is a tool called teleworker analysis tool. run it to the IP of the location you intend to install a set. I have a tw in my house and have had for some time, ADSL i would say forget it the upload download is insufficient, i have a cable modem with extreme high speed and no issues.
