We are with Telewest and are unfortunate enough to have one of these ip numbers that is being blocked. We have an Exchange 5.5 server that sends out mail from this ip address but more of our emails are being blocked.
There is a relay ip address I can send all our outgoing emails to, and I can configure our INTERNET MAIL SERVICE on the CONNECTIONS tab, you can send all email to a certain host, but has no options for a username and password, so all our emails don't go out.
Can anyone help me out with this? Do I need to upgrade our email system?
