I have been asked to supply some basic training aids to users for different Avaya Phone sets. Does anyone have a good suggestion of where I might find something like this?

seeing that there is no standard setup of the IP office and everybody uses different shortcodes to achieve things you might have to start typing and cutting and pasting stuff into a word document and then give it to the customer.
I have a document that I hand out and it is made that way, I also hand out the 2 page Avaya document for the phone type the customer has bought.

It's worth the effort of making your own as the Avaya ones show all default shortcodes which people dial and just break things and as others have mentioned they don't reflect the programming you do either

I have opted not to do anything on the 5400/2400 since those are on their way out.

Yea which is why I all but abandoned the 9620 in the middle of the Visual VM video.

I'm focusing on the 9611, 9621, 1400/1600 and 9508 now although the unsupported phones aren't published.

The goal is to find a model from each series that has enough common features as other models so I don't have to make a video series for every device.

Kyle, That is really some awesome work! How do you know that about the 5400/2400 phones? Is there a document that says that or did you just read "the handwriting on the wall"?

I'd say the handwriting is on the wall - the 4600/5600 sets are "gone" and I would agree even though it hasn't been formerly said yet, but the 5400 sets are on the way out

I don't know anything about the 9400 or 9500 digital phones but I hope they have paperless lables!

They are paperless/auto label. They are the dig version of the 9600 in the same way 1400 is the dig version of the 1600
