In an effort to disable call-forwarding off net, we programmed the end users cellular number in the remote coverage table and added coverage paths with a feature access code so that they could toggle between their office voicemail and a cellular phone. We also set up EC500. My question is: Which do you prefer for your end users? I don't see much difference in the two, other than EC500 allows you to act as if you are sitting in the office.
