Telecommuter IP Agent

Has anyone had a problem with IP Agent V5, where for some reason it will not ring a telephone? If we change this particular number to a cell phone it works as it should. But when we change it to his home phone, he hears the ringing in the PC and the phone does not ring.

Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There isnt anything one can't do, only things one doesn't know how to do.... And if you'll teach, one will learn and therefore one can do...
