We have a multi-site Communication Manager environment. One of the sites cannot dial the telecommuter access code. A trace on the call shows a denial. All other users at the other sites can dial this code. I have check cor and cos and they are identical across the board. We have a shared 7 digit dial plan. Any one know of anything else I might look at?

What's the denial number?

A denial should have a denial code associated with it. A trace should show the denial event information or you should be able to get it from your system by executing the command: display events and filtering on the date/time and extension that made the call.

Or better yet, copy and paste the trace and post here.

Are you using Tenant Partitioning? If so, make sure that the tenants are able to call each other.
