Telecomm Job Titles 1

Does anyone have generic list for Telecomm job titles and their descriptions? I know that the Avaya users group used to send a document out each year that listed standard Telecomm job titles and their duties. These were generic based on what the users were reporting. If anyone has that document or anything similar can you please let me know. THANKS!!

They have a wizard that shows you a list of telecommunications titles and descriptions and tells you (theoretically) what you should be making depending on the title and the geographic location.
