I dont have the bulliten but the process is fairly simple
1: Install 1st manager
2: COPY the manager director to a new location
3: Uninstall the manager
4: Install new manager
5: Recreate short cuts to previous manager as req
6: Repeat steps 2-5 as necessary
alternativly if you install the latest manager it is only necessary to put the Masnager.exe & *.ops files for earlier versions in sepreate loactions on your hard disk (winzip can extract these from the CAb file on the Admin CD's if needed)
