After moving 2 extensions (remotely) one of them has a message waiting light flashing but no messages when they access voicemail. Is there a code that can be used etc to switch off the light ?

Normally the message waiting is on for a message and flashes for incoming call.
You can dial *700 plus extension number to clear message lamp.
