TCP/IP protocol with or without MFC for VC++

Hi
I try to connect two computer together using TCP/IP protocol. I have currently working code with Dialogs and frames what I want to do Sending the output of a function to another computer instead of screen:). This will be one way transmition meaning one computer will always send data. If anyone who has a simple code I would be glad. (I don't want to learn VC++ all just simple explanations would be enough )
