TBCT transfer on a PRI

Will the IPO 500vs2 rls 7 allow a call to come in on a PRI, be answered by Auto Attendant, then transferred back out. Initially using two channels but them drop them both and the call be held my telco.

Two B-channel Call Transfer??

I have never been able to make that work. we tried it with a IVR system and could not do it. you may be able to get creative with some short codes but i dont think it will work in the end.

It should be known by the IPO as Partial Rerouting..

Partial Rerouting - PR
When forwarding a call on an ISDN channel to an external number using another ISDN channel, partial rerouting informs the ISDN exchange to perform the forward, thus freeing the channels to the IP Office. Not supported on QSIG.

ya hibroth it looks like your correct since 4.0 it is supported. i guess i never saw that.
