Tax error

Hi all,

The following tax error occurs when am handling a PO which has tax.
Description: Invalid input. Tax authority KENRA does not allow expensed tax.

Please assist.

Check your tax authority setup, or the taxes entered in PO. If you had made changes to your tax authorities after the PO was posted then you need to change the tax authority on the PO to something else, post the PO and then change the tax authority back to what it was, this will refresh the tax information.
