Taskbar icons 256 color mode when color setting is on true color 32

Hi, my color setting is set to true color 32 bit, but my task bar, near the clock, those little icons appear to be on a 256 color mode, which looks ugly. Can someone please help. I have all the latest drivers and have tried many solutions, and which none have worked.

If you use very fine tipped markers you can adjust the colors on your monitor... But don't use perm. markers because if you unload a program you will want to get rid of the icon
