Task Manager randomly opens

I have a computer that when the person is not working on it for a few minutes, the task manager sometimes just opens. He doesn't hit any keys or anything, it just opens. I tried checking for spyware but no luck. I ran win doctor and the task manager still randomly opens up, just not as often.

Have you looked in Control Panel, Schedule Tasks?
