I want to create a task that can be sent to more than 1 person (as they both do the same job. However once this task is assigned I get a message stating 'updates will not be tracked as it assigned to more than one person.'
Does anyone know a way arond this as I need to be kept informed as to where we are upto? Maybe using distribution lsts or something?
Could I set an owner that is then delegated to the second person? Would this update myself irrespective of who changes the task?
