Targeting frames in a PDF link.

How can I target a specific frame for a link in a PDF?<br>
Also, (or related) when I have a link in a PDF that is in one of two frames how can I target the whole browser window?<br>
Are these things possible?<br>
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.<br>
