I can not get call accounting to work. IPO R4 406. System is programmed, Delta Server is set up and receiving all the SMDR data. Tapit is set up, programmed, CDR loader is set up.

But the CDR Loader from Tapit keeps getting a sharing violation because the Delta Server keeps updated the smdr.csv file and the CDR loader keeps trying to read it. What do i do here? I'm confused. If the Delta Server has to keep that file in use, how does the CDR loader use it to update the call accounting?

thanks,

I had this same issue on an install about a year ago. I don't recall what I changed to make it work, but it was an easy fix. I called Tapit's tech support and they walked me through in 10 minutes. I would call them.

they say it's a delta server issue and to talk to avaya.

Make sure that archiver is logging to file & you are sending every SMDR. If that still doesn't work, call Tapit back. I have several of these up and running. They have a good doc on their site
Hope this helps.
