Cannot see TAPI on windows dialer. IPO500V2 RLS.9.1. Windows 7.

Then the TAPI is not enabled in IP Office (security settings) or TAPI is not configured properly.

1 Check security settings
2 You need to enter IP Office ip address, Username (shortname, case sensitive) and user password (NOT logincode) in TAPI configuration

Then you can see TAPI in TAPI enabled software.

Thanks intrigrant, the issue was the enabling the TAPI in security settings.
