I implemented a 406v2 3.2.61 with TAPI LinkPro and ACT! 10. Per a suggestion from ACT!/Symantec we added in the CRM Addon software to utilize the autodialer / screen pops. When it works, it does a decent job. However, we have had a lot of problems losing the settings/licenses and the customer has had to uninstall and reinstall the CRM Addon software at each PC and ACT! on their network more than once to clear up various problems. Has anyone had any success with another addon to tie the ACT! and IPO together for full functionality?

TAPI Pro with ACT!

Actually, what I am using is TAPI.net from CRM Addon Store. They have been really good with their support, but the time spent troubleshooting issues has been extreme. The TAPI.net is loaded under "My Documents". My customer has a mid-level amount of turnover. If you change the user name on the PC, ACT! or IPO it causes all sorts of problems. They have had to spend tons of time un-installing their ACT! and the TAPI.net and re-installing and configuring.
