TAPI & OUTLOOK Patch 1

I am trying to get Outlook to dial. I can see the Line and the PBX and user are correct on the "Phone and Modmes" in the control panel.

I know I need the patch.

Can anyone tell me the name of the Patch and whick folder on the CD it is in.

Then I place it in the System32 folder under Windows right?

Its on the V3.0(40) user CD maybe as V3.0(12)

Its a file named tspi2w.tsp and its in a folder named patch

I have been able to resolve this problem by re-entering the Extension name (Shortname), NOT the full Name in the Tapi driver. Restart the telephony service and all works.. 95% of the time
