TAPI out of Clipper

Hi,

i want to use a TAPI-Phone with my clipper-programs (blinker-linked, os win xp)
therefor i don´t need to adress the TAPI directly, but im looking for a simple program, that takes the phone-numer to call out of a .txt-file, wich could be generated by the clipper-app.

Someone any idea?

I´m open for other solutions!
