TAPI integration

I am trying to create a PC based IVR solution using TAPI 2.x. For this I have created a set of structures based upon the TAPI server to gather line digits. However when I try to hand off my TAPI line to my FAX Server (FAXMAN 3.0), I am unable to reroute the line to the TAPI server after the fax reception is complete.

Any ideas?

Please don't suggest VBVoice from Pronexus.. it is too expensive for me... :)
