Tapi direct connect PC issue

We have succession 3 with direct connect Tapi 3.
All was working ok until the users upgraded PCs from win 2000 to win xp.

The Tapi server is fine and we can make calls its the clients that cant make calls.
Where in the Tapi server can i find where tn or dn is linked to persons computer

I know 2 possible resolves of you issue

1) Run "tcmsetup /c <TAPI_SERVER>" command on users workstations;
2) If WinXP SP2 installed on users PC, stop WinXP embedded Firewall and enjoy
