TAPI Device Name

Hi,

I have an IP Office 406 and need to configure an external program to use the IP Office TAPI driver.
The tapi driver is installed but the application asks me to enter the 'Telephony Device Name'.
Does anyone know what this is?

When I had an alchemy argent branch system the device name was 'Alchemy CTI Phone'

Go into control panel/phone and modem options/advanced
highlight the IP Office Tapi driver and click configure.

Have you configured it in there?

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACS - IP Office Implement
ACE - IP Office Implement

Yes, I have configured it in control panel.

I just need to know the device name to put into my external application. It is Sage CRM MME (web based CRM system)
