TAPI and Terminal Services

We have a customer who is successfully using the TAPI interface to dial from a FileMaker Pro database.

They want to move the database off-site and use Terminal Services for database access. You can see where I am going with this one can't you ?

Does anyone have any idea how to dial from the database ?
Or even better, has anyone succeeded ?
