Hello,
I have a tapelibrary with 2 drives using Arcserve v9. When I run the backup it only uses one drive at a time using 15 tapes. How can I have it use both drives at the sam time?

configure 2 separate jobs. With ARCserve 9 this is the only way to use both drives at the same time

Sorry I made a mistake. It is BrightStor v10.5 with all service packs.

With BrightStor 10.5 you can use multistreaming.
Then one master job will be devided into separate slave jobs, depending on the amount of drives you have configured.
For multistreaming check the manuals on this.
