Tape Library Option - Offline

I have finally gotten around to reinstalling an inherited Arcserve installation w/ an ADIC tape library. The ArcServe is now at SP4, and everything seemed to install OK, but, when I try to access any slots in the device view, I get an "This device is offline" error.

The device is on, and Arcserve can correctly see all of the ADICs slots. Can anyone help me?

Have you done an Full inventory (select the library in AS Device Mgr, and then choose Inventory/Offline slots)?
