tape is protected by media management

tape is protected by media management - unable to format it or run any backups with previously used tapes!

Have you configured Media Management Option?

If not initialize the asmmo database ..

I havent done this before, so if you could post some details on how to do this. Running 11.1 now having previously upgraded from 2000. Thanks.

Windows crashed on the server, so re-install in progress but if you could post why this happens.
