Taking a 2nd queued call while in ACD

Is there a way that while logged in to a skill, talking with a customer and seeing the queue light flash, that we can put customer on hold, bring the queued caller to the logged in agent and have them answer the call while first caller is on hold?
 
Look up "multiple call handling". That's the feature you're asking about.
