Take out a TTY Port 2

I’ve got an Option 11c rls 25.4 that I’m just trying to clean out and put in our lab. Everything is done except for a TTY Port that is built as an ACD Printer TTY. No matter what I try to do to out or change that port I get the following code SCH0583. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You are probably still using it for reports in a queue

Could be this:

Symptom:
TTY corruption.
SCH0583 when try to do service change or out TTY port.
Can't do service change or out TTY port 3.



Problem Resolution

Fix:
To clear TTY corruption from PDT, please contact Nortel Networks Customer Support.

bigindian65, I tried that and I get the same error code. I even tried to change the User to MTC or something then I get a code of SCH0584.

Trinton101, I have removed all ACD ques, this TTY and the 8 DTR ports are the only thing left that is built.

a12ozbottle I was kind of afraid of that, this is just a switch we are going to be using for training personel to do basic adds and moves. What about if I just try to re-install the software, I have the keycode information. What do you think? I just don't want to hose it completely.

Triton101 is right, in LD23, change the printer setting in the Schedule Block

Thanks I'm always over looking something, I outed the SCB and it let me out the TTY.
