Hi All,

I have been asked by networks it there is a way to “tag” the packets as they leave the server/Cajun for the VoIP calls over the IP trunk between two sites.

This would enable them to ID the packets and therefore priorities the traffic.

I see the priority in the Medpros, just not sure that's what they mean.

CM 3.1.2

Thanks,
lever.

its done on IP network region for the trunk group. By default, it gets a value of 6 for Audio. Show them the screen and they will know what to do
