Nov 15, 2006 #4 Madawc Programmer Sep 5, 2002 7,628 GB I don't think Crystal has a function like that. There is Export > Record Definition, which will show a lot, but not really what you are after. Your best option might be to type them manually into a text item in the report header or footer. And remember to update it when it changes. Madawc Williams (East Anglia, UK).
