I'm sure this must be simple, but cant seem to figure it out.
How can I get a report of TableNames, LastModified, & RecordCount for the database?

Take a look at the TableDefs collection.

Hope This Helps, PH.

OK, I admit it. I'm ignant. What do you mean "TableDefs Collection"? Is this something in Access, a Forum, TechNet, a query?

What have you tried, searched, ... ?

I just found the Analyzer/documenter & it is giving the data. All I need now is to not have a seperate page for each table.

Now I'm able to export the report to Excel...I'm all set.
Thanks for your input.

A starting point to follow up my 1st reply:
Sub ListTables()
Dim td As TableDef
For Each td In CurrentDb.TableDefs
If Not td.Name Like "msys*" And Not td.Name Like "~*" Then
Debug.Print td.Name, td.LastUpdated, td.RecordCount
End If
Next
End Sub

Hope This Helps, PH.
