One table in my database seems completely locked: can't open, edit, export -- keep getting "object requires newer version of Microsoft Jet engine" I downloaded a standalone copy of JET 4 ran it on the db and it errored out. Tried to run with 3.x compatability, then with 4.x, neither was successful. I have also tried deleting the table and replacing it with a copy that was working a few days before, however, the table won't delete either. Any suggestions?

What version of Access are you using?
Sounds like you may have to re-install...

Using Access 2000. I don't know about the reinstall though --- all other tables in the database function correctly. This error occurs only with one table. Additionally I have multiple copies of this database and all other copies allow access to all tables. It appears something happened to this one table in this particular database.
