Table Error on form

I hava a form based on a table where a button opens a report base on the same table. In my other forms the reports (based on the same tables) work perfectly but with this one table no report opens. I've been checking the values and everything seems ok. Still I get an error that says that the table is momentarily in use by another user or process.
Is there a reason for this? How can I find what's wrong?

Sounds like you have the table open in design view.

How? Everything is closed except the form
