How can I delete a tab order for a field (as the field is a calculated field so does not need to be highlighted for editting?

Set the tab stop for the control in question to be no.

It is not really necessary to delete the tab order. In the disign veiw of the form, click on the filed/s you don't want to be in the tab order and go to Tab Stop and change to NO. The default is Yes.
