t7406e really wierd one

This is a really puzzling one ... mics 7.1 standard install. I wanted to run it by you to see if someone has any suggestions

One of the 7406e phones is calling randomly to an extension - even the phone is switched off (battery removed). other phones in the base are working normally.
(It is not a stuck button - can dial out of the phone normally)

- Changed the phone
- Changed the base station
- Rebooted the mics

Is there a hotdial programmed on his set? It shouldn't matter, but I've never tested that with a 7406e.

- changing the extension for the problem phone did not make a difference
- moved the base to a different jack ... under observation
