t7406 cordless problem

I've gone through 2 t7406 phones new that start making a popping noise after a hour or so... they work great otherwise but when they pop we cant use them... Anyone heard of any issues with these?

I would try moving them to an other site to test, it mite be some interferance.

Have you tried moving them from the low to high freq setting? (DIP switches on the base)
