T1 Line Utilization/Software

Forgive me if this is the wrong forum to ask this question, I didn't see a closer match to this subject than this...

Is there any software out there that can tell me what my line utilization is / how much bandwidth my company is using on our T1 leased line? Free or low-priced software would be the most desirable, as money is a big factor. Is this possible? Thanks!
