T1 cid name and number

a customer need to send ou cid info and the phone company says that there old phone system used to send out that info. can that be done with this system or does it have to be done with the phone company. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

the system is a mics dr 7.0 rev 1. And it can be done i am not quite shere under what program you enter where you want the name and number to be sent out at. thank you

Program under term & sets press show twice then go to OLI and put the number there, I don't think you can put in the name. Make sure your DT provide allows it...

Also, make sure the C.O. DOES NOT have that DS1 set up for BTN or, regardless of what OLI is set to, callers will get the billing # of the business.
