sysvol - really need help gpt.ini and gpttmpl.inf missing

I having been having problems (see other thread). Found out that an onsite tech deleted the gpt.ini and gpttmpl.inf files. Is there anywhere I can download new copies or recreate them??? These missing files are preventing me from doing anything with my server. I am very new to 2003 and I really need help. This was supposed to be a migration from NT 4. No backups as we hadn't even installed the Vertas yet.
