I have a 61c with callpilot 201i. I'm using app builder 04.04.04.

I need to find away to notify everyone at one time is there a way to do this.

the sytem is in a prison and this is needed to notfy everyone of emercency situations

Honestly I cannot imagine a Prison having to resort to telephone calls to notify everyone on an emergency.

The only way I know of to notify everyone via a telephone would be a paging system.

not a pbx option.. you can send voice mail to all users at the same time.. but your channels will stay busy for as long as it takes each user to check mail..

group call can call 31 users by dialing one number.. emercency situations... i would not encourage either.. overhead, or some other external alarm is faster.

i did set up a loud bell (claxon) in a plant that took a 4 digit ext and a password to notify a factory area of evac orders...

you could set up a voice intercom, maybe one per dept

The phone part is just for the staff that do not have a raido. I can not buiy anything right now. I was thinking that thier might be a way to test the ring genarators and that would make all of the phones ring.

I think Group call maxes out at 20 members, but you can call all 20 of their phones at once as John said.

Yep I haven't heard of a way to notify more than 20 at a time besides a paging system. We had that same question come up with our CS1000.

Place all the phones within the same intercom group,that way it will use the speakr on the set.
