What command will tell me how long my Communication Manager system has been running?

For instance, on a Cisco switch I can do a "show ver" to see "<hostname> uptime is 14 weeks, 18 hours, 43 minutes".

last -xf /var/run/utmp runlevel && uptime
uptime - how long linux has been up and running
