I have a customer with a CP150 2.1 that uses Outbound notification with their cell phone. The complaint is multi-part. Part 1 - numerous voice mail messages are left on the cell phone's voicemail stating that "You have new CP messages..." Part 2 - Messages from the CP are left in the user's MB stating "The system was unable to notify..."
Part 1 - can this be set to abort after 3 rings?
Part 2 - can this feature be disabled?
Of course, a good idea is just to answer your cell phone...
