Occasionally I get this error when backing up one of my clients. Any ideas as to the cause?

System State backup - Failed to Backup Component RSM
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
check Innervault or Maintenance Advantage om CommVault.com. CommVault issued techdocs to explain the failure of several System State Components.

RSM can be safely excluded from System State backups. Add {RSM} to your global filters.
