System speed dial to extension

I have Norstar MICS 7.0

I have a system speed dial for an employee who used to work from home. He moved to the head office, so I changed his system speed dial from his old home number to his extension number.
Now when you press the speed dial number you just get dead air.

How do you set up system speed dials to ring at an extension?

speed dial (feature 0) is really not set up for extension dialing.

you could use an autodial button on the phone to dial the extension at the touch of a button. (Dial >>feature 2>>button to be programmed>>extension number)
