System Resources Exhausted

When trying to open a form in Access 2000 I am getting a "System Resources Exhausted" error. I also get the same error when trying to open the query that the form is tied to so obviously the error is in response to the query trying to run. This error seems to have started to occur when I upgraded from Access 97 to 2000.

Any suggestions on how to corrected the error to get the query and form to open correctly without the error?
