Does anyone out there know how to turn off the @&*$#% System Recovery Tool in SBS 2003?? The thing that keeps storing useless recovery points inside c:\windows\

There is no @&*$#% System Recovery Tool in SBS 2003.
Perhaps you have Symantec Backup Exec installed with it's System Recovery tool? If so, then it's configured in the Backup Exec properties.
