the only way i can think of to do that would be on the server, overwrite that sound file. you can not change that from the user side interface..

Wait a minute. "Mailbox will not accept messages"? Extend the message time. Is the mailbox full?
Or, in Application Builder, create an Announcement with that message. Have the one message number then hit the announcement message number, and then onto where ever it's supposed to go. End...?
