How do you change the system password on the 250? would like to change it every now and then for security reasons. Thx

The password used for the terminal is the same as the password for the system manager mailbox and the secondary system manager mailbox.
You would just pull up the mailbox profile in 9-1 and change the password in the 2 mailboxes.
Be sure not to forget it or you will need some help to get back in the system.
Each mailbox primary and secondary can and should have a different password.

Any differences between the two system managers mailboxes or is the secondary like a backup account?
Just a backup. They both have the same options in them and the passwords work the same as far as accessing the system.
